Lovenut London pieces are handmade, made to order with care and have a shipping period of 4 weeks from date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must show no signs of wear and be returned in its original packaging. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
